- To treat each claimant with dignity and respect, instilling in them confidence that his or her claim for disability will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.
- To eliminate the stress for the claimant inherent in dealing with the complexities of the Social Security Administration.
- To adapt our case development procedures as necessary to accommodate evolving changes in the rules, regulations and case law concerning Social Security Disability in order to optimize the probability of obtaining disability awards for claimants we represent.
- To develop cases in a manner that enhances the probability of obtaining the award from the Social Security Administration at the earliest possible administrative level, eliminating where possible the expense of a hearing and relieving from the claimant the stress of attending a hearing
