- To adapt our case development procedures as necessary to accommodate evolving changes in the rules, regulations and case law concerning Social Security Disability in order to optimize the probability of obtaining disability awards for claimants we represent.
- To develop cases in a manner that enhances the probability of obtaining the award from the Social Security Administration at the earliest possible administrative level, eliminating where possible the expense of a hearing and relieving from the claimant the stress of attending a hearing
